2. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Purchases & Refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 30% of the course is completed. Taxes may apply based on your location.

4. License & Use

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for your own learning. Do not share, resell, or publicly post content without written permission.

5. Acceptable Conduct

Do not misuse the services, interfere with others’ learning, or attempt to access non-public areas. Respect safety guidance and local regulations when performing repairs.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and materials are owned by PixelVoxa Roof Care or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

7. Disclaimers

Courses provide educational information only. Results vary with roof condition and skill. Some jobs should be performed by licensed professionals. We make no guarantees of outcomes or earnings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
